WHAT'S NEW WITH US...

Here it is! My twice a year post! I tried to review most of the summer and what we have been up to. I think I mixed a few things up but hopefully you can get the jist of it. We had a lot of fun, we had Elijah's birthday and were able to do a lot of things with friends and family this summer too. I think the boys had a lot of fun. We are enjoying fall approaching now, it's been nice to go outside in the evenings and play in the big backyard with our new puppy. We hope everyone is doing well and hope you enjoy all the pictures. :)

Ephraim Singing His ABC's

Giddyup Dinosaur!

We saw lots of dinosaur bones and some mammoth hair, but the best part of all was the outside playground with the dinosaur slide!

They had a free kids day at a dinosaur park near our house so we took the kids, they had a blast. Elijah thought the bones were pretty cool.

We took Elijah to a couple of stores after his birthday to spend his money from Grandma and Grandpa and he decided he wanted a glove and ball. That's my boy!! :)

We celebrated Elijah's birthday. Mom and Dad got him a chalkboard/whiteboard to learn his letters and words with. Josh's sisters had fun decorating it with birthday messages for him.

Elijah got some fun presents but he was really excited about the money Grandma & Grandpa James got for him. Thanks Grandma & Grandpa!

Elijah wanted a race car cake for his birthday, it was a good cake!

Elijah got a slip & slide for his birthday, we all had fun playing with it.

The kitten is very snuggly. :)

We've gotten two new additions to our family this summer. We got Garfield first and Elijah immediately claimed him as his own, then a few weeks later we got Leia. She is a Weimaraner/Lab mix so we'll see how big she gets. We've had a lot of fun with them and they get along great.

Our ward had a bar-b-q one Saturday in July. They had some games and both Elijah and Ephraim won grape sodas in a ring toss.

Just some random pictures from around the house...

We went hiking with Josh's dad one Saturday up the Ogden Canyon, it was pretty and green, but had lots of mosquitos too, yuck.
